We are an online store from Germany that specializes in selling Bolivian and South American products.

Can I pick up the products?

We are an exclusively online retailer and ship orders only with DHL to your home. Pickup is currently not possible.

How can I buy at Bolivianita.de?

Browse through our current range at www.bolivianita.de - once you have decided on your products, you can simply add them to the cart and order online. If a product is already sold out, you can leave your email address on the product page and we will notify you by email as soon as the product is back in stock.

What happens after my order?

After your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation from bolivianita.de with the order overview and your invoice via email. Shipping usually takes place 1-3 days after payment is received.

Can I return the products?

You have the option to cancel the contract within 14 days. You can find all information on this and other topics in our Terms and Conditions and in our Cancellation Policy. We ship undamaged products. Therefore, please make sure that an undamaged package is delivered by the courier. If necessary, it should be opened in the presence of the courier. Please do not accept torn or obviously opened shipments, as this would silently confirm to the courier that the delivery was received in perfect condition.

Where do the products come from?

The majority of our products come from Bolivia. Some products come from other, mostly South American countries. This is usually noted in the product description.

My desired product is sold out. When will it be available again?

If a product is already sold out, you can leave your email address on the product page and we will notify you by email as soon as the product is back in stock.

Can I receive a catalog or price list?

We do not have a catalog. You can find our current Bolivian products 24 hours a day at www.bolivianita.deAs our range is constantly updated, we recommend checking our website regularly.

How long does delivery take?

We ship your order a few days after payment is received. You will receive the tracking number from DHL via email, allowing you to directly track when your package will be delivered and, if necessary, set a desired delivery date with DHL.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Germany, the entire European Union, and Switzerland. Add the desired products to the cart and simply select the destination country when entering your shipping address. We ship from Germany. Shipping to other European countries is therefore a bit more expensive.

How can I pay?

You have 4 options to pay for your order. The easiest way is to pay via PayPal, instant transfer (Klarna), or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You can also pay by bank transfer/advance payment. Please note that we will only ship your order once the invoice amount has been credited to our bank account. If no payment is received in our bank account within 10 working days after the order, we will cancel the order. An order on account is not possible. Take a look at our current stock at www.bolivianita.de. Once you have chosen your products, you just need to add them to the shopping cart and place the order online. If any product is out of stock, you can leave your email address on the product page and we will notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.

What happens after my order?

Once you have placed your order, bolivianita.de will immediately send you an order confirmation with a summary of the order and the invoice via email.

Can I return the products?

You have the option to cancel the order that has not yet been shipped within 14 days. All information about this and other topics can be found in our general conditions and in our rules of cancellation. We ship packaged and sealed products. Therefore, please ensure that the delivery person delivers the package without damage. If necessary, the package should be opened in the presence of the delivery person. Please do not accept damaged packages or those that are obviously opened, as otherwise it is tacitly confirmed that the delivery person has received the delivery in perfect condition.

Where are the products from?

Most of our products come directly from Bolivia. Some products come from other countries, especially South American ones. The origin of the product is indicated in the product description.

How can I pay for my order?

You have 4 options to pay for your order. The easiest way is to pay via PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (Klarna), or with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You can also pay by bank transfer/advance or prepayment. Please note that we will not ship your order until the invoice amount has been credited to our bank account. If we do not receive the payment in our bank account within 10 working days after the order, we will cancel your order. It is not possible to place an order on account (post-payment).
