Bolivian Recipes: Asadito Camba
Asadito Camba is a typical dish from the east of Bolivia.
INGREDIENTS FOR ASADITO CAMBA

1 kg ground meat
- 1 kg cooked Yuca / Cassava

½ cup onions (chopped)

2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- Oil for frying
Yuca Cooked / Cassava ready-cooked (500 g)

PREPARATION OF ASADITO CAMBA

1. Peel the yuca or cassava and bring it to a boil.
- 2. When the yuca is cooked, then mash it.
- 3. Cut the onions into small cubes.
- 4. In a medium-sized pot, mix the chopped Yuca with the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Mix everything until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms. Shape small balls of the desired size and flatten them until they have the shape of a hamburger.

6. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the meat-cassava mixture well.
- 7. Let it rest on kitchen paper so that the paper absorbs the excess oil and then, if there is still Yuca left, serve with cooked Yuca pieces.
