One of the basic ingredients of Bolivian and Peruvian cuisine is aji amarillo.
This product is a milder variant of Ají Amarillo.
It is particularly well suited for preparing sauces such as "Ahogado" and stews like "Falso Conejo".
Ingredients: Pure aji amarillo (not spicy), achiote, salt, spices (ground).
