Purple Corn Pudding / purple corn pudding (250 g)
Ready-mix for the popular purple corn pudding from Peru. 1 package is enough for 1.5 liters / about 15 servings.
Preparation:
1. Bring 1L (4 measuring cups) of water to a boil.
If desired, add chopped fruits (apple, pineapple, quince).
2. Dissolve the entire contents of the packet in 1/2 L of cold water.
3. Slowly pour this solution into the pot with boiling water.
Let it boil for about 1-2 minutes and then serve. If you want more sweetness, add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
