Quinoa Pancakes (250 g)
Organic ready-mix for making quinoa pancakes from the brand Coronilla from Cochabamba in Bolivia.
Free from genetically modified organisms as well as free from gluten, additives, and preservatives.
Zutaten:
Gluten-free flour mixture (quinoa*, brown rice*, cassava starch), sugar*, vanilla powder, baking powder, and tartar cream

Zubereitung:
Empty the pancake flour mixture into a container and gradually add 500 ml of milk while stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add one egg and mix vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous. Heat a lightly greased pan and pour about 1/4 cup of the mixture per pancake. Cook on low heat until small bubbles form and the bottom is golden brown. Then flip the pancake and brown the other side.
Vegan option: Replace milk and eggs with 500 ml of soy milk and proceed as described above.
