Red Ground Chili (Stk. 50 g)
One of the basic ingredients of Bolivian and Peruvian cuisine is aji panca or rojo.
Ají Molido Rojo is particularly well suited for preparing sauces such as "Ahogado" and soups like "Fricasé".
It can initially be prepared with a little water to determine the amount needed for the desired recipe. It can also be mixed with ground paprika or tomato extract.
