Sultana / Whole Coffee Husk (100 g)
Sultana, also known as Cáscara de café, is a traditional drink in Los Yungas in La Paz, Bolivia. Over time, the drink has quickly spread to the rest of the country due to its delicious taste and health benefits. It is typically developed by small coffee producers to make the most of their harvests by even using the outer shell of the coffee beans.
Preparation: Add about 18 grams of Sultana to a cup with 250 ml of 93°C hot water. Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes, strain it, and enjoy.
